Terms and conditions:

• Once we have received your booking request, we will send you the terms for the payment of the account. The latter must be carried out within two days and the receipt must be sent to us by e-mail or fax. At this point the booking will be automatically confirmed.
• The booking by your name lasts for maximum two days, if you will not carry out the payment of the account within this period of time, the booking will not be confirmed and will automatically decay.
• If you cancel your booking at least 4 weeks before the date of your arrival , the deposit will be refunded of 50%.
• If you cancel your booking later than 3 weeks before the date of your arrival , your deposit will not be refunded.
• If you cancel your booking later than 1 week before the date of your arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of total amount.
• Should clients find the apartment not conform to expectations, complaints should then be notified to Luci Magiche snc so that eventual problems may be solved. Complaints/claims should be notified during the staying in the apartment. Clients may also forward complaints/claims by registered letter to Luci Magiche snc within and not later then seven days as from the date of their return to their place of original departure.
• In case the apartment is not available on the date of your arrival (because of sudden or serious damages) we will provide you with an other apartment of equal value. In this case the customer will have the possibility to accept or refuse the change, if the customer refuses the change, the deposit will be totally refunded.
• For staying of more than 14 nights utilities are not included.
• Arrivals must be between 10.00 am and 08.00 pm. For any different time there is an additional cost of euro 20.
• During the high season (Easter. Christmas, New Year’s Eve) our prices will increase of 20%.
• Lucimagiche s.n.c. takes no responsability on the accuracy and timeliness of the information given by the apartment landlords.
• Lucimagiche s.n.c. is entitled the right to change or modify the terms and conditions overmentioned, without previous notice.
